Refund Policy

Sometimes, unexpected things happen, so please call us as soon as you know you can’t attend and we will do everything we can to work with you. Keep in mind, YOU are more important than policy to us. Courtesy is all we ask. We want to be sure that those who are on the waiting list for parties have an opportunity to fill your spot. Also, we do not like wasting supplies.

Here are a few options if you are unable to make it to the party.


Full refunds:
You will receive a full refund if we are given notice at minimum 12 hours prior to the party – call or text (530)209-7769 or 406-318-9663 or email info@tipsybrush.com (this allows us time to fill your spot with someone on the waiting list)

Partial refund: (all except the deposit of $15 per painter)
Class is set up one hour before start time. Notifications received after class has been set up are eligible for refund, minus the deposit of $15 per painter, plus any payment processing fees (ie…Eventbrite fees)

Roll-over option: (your class fees are held as a credit toward a future party)

If we are notified that you are unable to attend at minimum 6 hours prior to the party and you choose to not receive a refund and you want this option instead.
Not eligible for refunds:
1. No call, No Show – You will not receive a refund if you do not let us know you aren’t coming.
2. If we are notified less than 6 hours prior to the party and we have a waiting list for the class, you will not receive a refund unless we are able to fill your spot.
