About Jeremy Payne
Jeremy is a devoted father, family man, and friend who is courageously facing kidney failure and the difficult journey toward dialysis and a transplant.
He will need to travel out of state for his transplant surgery, which will require an extended stay of more than two weeks and bring significant expenses for travel, lodging, food, and medical-related costs.
Through every challenge, Jeremy continues to show strength, faith, and determination while leaning on the love and support of those around him.
