Effective July 1, 2025, in effort to streamline our backend operations, we are upgrading our registration process. The roll out will begin with classes dated May 1, 2025 through the end of June 2025. This allows us plenty of time to transition to the new system and work out kinks. If you are interested in testing it out, when registering simply choose the “book now” option on the event pages. You will see these on classes scheduled May 1, 2025 beginning on April 25, 2025. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions or if you encounter any kinks!

- Instant automated receipts and confirmations (we currently send the manually, so there is often a delay between your purchase and confirmations/receipts)
- Online portal for you to view your registrations with optional account setup
- – If you check out as Guest, you are not able to log in to see your appointments current and history
3. Lower deposit fees
Deposits
- Instead of $15 per painter deposits, the deposit will be 25% of your total
Balance due upon arrival will be the remaining 75% of the class fee
- If you prefer to pay in full you are welcome to call us! Unfortunately, our software does not allow the option to pay in full in advance, we had to choose one or the other, and since most of our customers prefer the deposit, this is what we chose. (Hopefully this will change in the future!)
Customer Loyalty Program:
- Currently our loyalty program is based on a point system.
- We have been using the same loyalty program for over 10 years!
- For every 5 class fees you pay, you receive $5 off and it is stored by phone number only. This is very cumbersome to keep track of, as some phone numbers are not tied to a name in our appointment software.
- Many of our loyal customers have been accumulating rewards for years, and the only way to look them up is by phone number through our payment processing system (Square). Our payment processing system is upgrading to Authorize.net, so payments are no longer going through Square.
- Starting immediately, reward coupons will be sent to customers who have $5+ in rewards to use (these will be sent by email. So as long as we have an email that can tie to your rewards we can look them up. These will have an expiration date of 4 months. If they are not used, they will expire. 10 coupon rewards will be sent each day until everyone with outstanding rewards has received one.
- After all accumulated points to date have been rewarded with coupons, we will begin a new program of rewards based on a tier system (the more you paint with us the bigger your rewards!)
- You will not lose your points unless they expire through the coupons sent out! If you would like to know the status of your rewards, please email us at [email protected] , provide your phone number so we can look it up! If you have 5+ points, you will be emailed a coupon code so that you can apply your rewards when you sign up online!
- If has been over 2 years since you have painted with us and you have less than 2 or fewer points, these will expire unless you reach out to us and ask us to hold your points under your name, effective July 1, 2025.
These changes are being made to streamline our processes, so we have more time to come up with new ideas, give you more timely rewards for being amazing customers and so we can spend less time on the computer!
